TWO cars have collided after a tyre blowout.
At 12.40pm today (Friday), police received a report of a two-vehicle collision on the A69 near the Heddon-on-the-wall turn off.
It was reported that a car's tyre suffered a blowout before a second car collided with the vehicle.
A Northumbria Police spokeswoman confirmed: "No serious injuries have been reported and traffic is currently moving slowly owing to the debris in the road."
