A PENRITH man has pleaded guilty to two drug driving offences and disqualified driving.
Kyle Challoner, 42, of Elm Terrace, was caught driving in Ullswater Road, Penrith, with a cocaine breakdown product in his system on August 8 last year and then again in Elm Terrace on 10 days later, Carlisle's Magistrates' Court heard.
He admitted driving while disqualified on two occasions - on February 19 and March 1.
The first of those offences was in Common Garden Square, Penrith, and the second in Bluebell Lane, Penrith. Challonor will be sentenced on June 3 after background reports are prepared.
