A two-day trial has been listed for a man who denies trespassing at a property with the intent of causing unlawful damage.
Archie Dean Henderson (29), of Redesmouth Court, Bellingham, denied the charge at Newcastle Crown Court on April 12.
It is alleged the incident occurred at a house in Mickley on March 14 of this year.
Henderson pleaded guilty to a charge of causing damage estimated at a cost of £1,000 by destroying a TV, electric fire, shelving unit and two lampshades belonging to a woman living in Mickley.
He will stand trial at Newcastle Crown Court on August 31.
