A number of UK supermarkets are urgently recalling products because of safety fears.

Nutricia is recalling Cow & Gate and Aptamil Muesli products because some packs have been found to contain pieces of apple stalks.

The presence of the apple stalks presents a choking hazard to babies making these products unsafe to eat.
