Letter: "Hexham's vaccine roll-out success not true'

The Courant should have checked the claim from Hexham’s MP that we are leading the way in the vaccine roll-out before including a headline article (March 4).

The fact is that vaccinations in Hexham are slowly progressing (as at March 6) through the 65-70 age group in parallel with those who are clinically vulnerable, whilst other regional areas are already making arrangements for the 55-60 age group and friends elsewhere in the UK are invariably ahead of us in Hexham.
