A RESTRAINING order has been imposed on a woman guilty of harassing a man.
Hannah Marie Smith (39), of The Firs, Alston, pleaded guilty at South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court on February 16 to harassment.
The court heard that, between February 18 and February 25 last year at an address in Haltwhistle, she made repeated phone calls to a man.
She also caused damage to his car and front door during that period.
A 12-month restraining order preventing Smith from contacting the victim or visiting his street was imposed.
She was also fined £108 and ordered to pay the compensation £150, and also ordered to pay costs of £150 and a victim surcharge of £32.
