A SCHOOLGIRL has launched an exciting new project to help raise money for charity.
Maisie Finn, of Prudhoe, is making bath bombs with the funds raised going to Guide Dogs.
M&T Bath Bombs was born after the seven-year-old was gifted a set for Christmas from her grandparents.
"I chose this charity as I love dogs and I enjoy helping people", said Maisie. "I enjoy training and teaching puppies to do tricks too! My family have lots of dogs, in my house, we have two Labradors called Jenson and Nala.
"If I raise £2,500 for the charity, I can name a puppy myself and follow its progress as it learns how to be a guide dog. "
Prudhoe mayor Tracy Gilmore, who trains guide dogs, has boosted Maisie's appeal.
Bath bombs are £2 each, with 50p going to the charity, and can be bought at Maisie's parents' Caffe Ginevra.
