ONE of the main roads into a Tyne Valley town was blocked yesterday (Thursday) after a traffic collision.
At around 6.40pm, Northumbria police received a report of a two-vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway of the A695, near to the junction of the B6395, in Prudhoe.
A force spokesman confirmed on Friday nobody was seriously injured.
