A MAN from Barrow is due to appear at Preston Crown Court after being charged with 13 counts of sexual offences against children.
Paul Michael Goulding, 37, of Duke Street, faces five counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, four of attempting to incite a teenage girl to engage in sexual activity, and four of attempting to cause a child to look at an image of sexual activity for the purposes of sexual gratification, namely sexually explicit social media messages and is due to appear on January 29.
