A MAN has denied drink driving.
Mark Semple, 48, of Eskdale Drive in Dalton, is alleged to have driven with 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on November 21. The limit is 35mcgs.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court and is due to face trial.
He is set to return to the court on April 22 and has been bailed.
