Prime Minister to address the public regarding later today
Prime Minister Boris Johnson will hold a Downing Street press conference today, No 10 has said.
The press conference will take place at 5pm.
This follows news that everyone in England who tests positive for Covid-19 could automatically be given £500 as part of plans ministers are reportedly considering to boost quarantine compliance.
