SOUTH Lakeland District Council are asking residents for their say on Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO).
The currently existing PSPO's in South Lakeland are due to expire in 2021.
The council is required to review them and consult the public and certain stakeholders before they are renewed.
In addition the council are consulting on a number of new PSPO's that are proposed due to recent complaints over anti-social behaviour, some of which would restrict the lighting of barbecues and fires in certain areas.
The consultation period will last for eight weeks, ending at midnight on March 9.
For the full details and to have your say, visit the website at: www.southlakeland.gov.uk/pspo.
For residents of South Lakeland who do not have access to the internet, a paper copy can be requested by calling the council on: 01539 793278.
