A cancer charity is offering free counselling sessions to health care professionals in Cumbria.
CancerCare North Lancashire and South Cumbria is offering the counselling sessions to NHS colleagues at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust to lend them support during the global pandemic.
The organization is dedicated to providing support services to anyone who is affected by cancer.
CancerCare services are provided free of charge thanks to fundraising and generous donations from people in the community.
The confidential sessions for UHMBT staff will be hosted over the phone or on Zoom.
Those looking to take advantage of the free sessions, which do not need to be cancer related, can email: tct@cancercare.org.uk
You can also book an appointment by calling 03330 150628.
A spokesperson from UHMBT said: “Thank you to CancerCare for providing this great support service.”
