South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court.
A hospitality venue has been fined more than £3,000 after failing to make hygiene improvements.
Greedy Sheep Inns Ltd, representing the Cheviot Hotel, in Bellingham, was found guilty of two counts of failing to comply with a hygiene improvement notice.
A court heard the hotel failed to implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point principles and also failed to make sure wall coverings were washable.
