A TYNEDALE musician is getting ready for the release of his debut album.

Hexham-based Noah Lawson will release his first musical offering, To Restore What Has Been Lost, on November 6.

The 22-year-old is a composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist living in Hexham.

During the lockdown, Noah has applied his creative energy to producing his first full-length album.

The album, which was composed, performed, recorded, and produced entirely by Noah, is a reflection on the last two years of his life.

It covers the following themes:

l his conversion to Christianity in 2018;

l the breakdown and restoration of relationships;

l the issue of loneliness;

l the value of friendship.

The album is Noah’s largest work to date, drawing upon his minimalist and electroacoustic classical compositional styles, his training as a classical pianist, his love of improvisation, and his indie rock influences.

People can pre-order the album now on iTunes and Amazon, and from November 6 it will be available to stream and download from all major online music services, including on Spotify.
