North Tyneside Magistrates' Court
A MOTORIST accused of failing to give information of the identity of a driver is due to stand trial.
Mark Harris (57), of Ponteland, pleaded not guilty to the alleged offence at North Tyneside Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The alleged incident took place when Harris was stopped by police on September 12. He will appear at Gateshead Magistrates' Court on February 22 for the trial.
