HAYDON Bridge Social Club had their strikers on song as they defeated Wark 7-0 in the Hexham and District Sunday League.

Both Aaron Hardy and Kieran Robley hit trebles during the rout, which included a strike from Hal Hodkinson.

Liam Crowe was man of the match for Bridge, while Andy Hall impressed for Wark.

Riding Mill were in fine form as they put five past Haltwhistle Railway in Division One.

A double from Jordan Teasdale and strikes from Matty Bloomer, Dale Graham and Dale Dodds earned them a 5-2 victory, while Thomas White was named man of the match.

Billy Rogan and Haltwhistle man of the match Stu Sproul got the goals for the visitors.

Bardon Mill Bowes Lyons returned from Hexham Phoenix as 2-0 victors as Jack Barker, Rob Hayes and Sam Austin found the back of the net, while Davey Below was man of the match. George Ridley starred for Hexham.

In Division Two, FC Ryton earned local bragging rights as they defeated Ryton Michelangelo’s 6-3.

Division Two side Up The Street knocked Division One side Heddon St Andrew’s out of the Pickworth Cup after inflicting a 4-1 victory over their higher ranked opponents.

Marsh scored twice and James Innes and Si Reed also netted, while Dan Ranson was man of the match.

Crawcrook Fox and Hounds defeated Darlington Mowden 3-0 in the Durham FA Sunday Cup courtesy of goals from Rhys Vinnicombe, Adam Hardman and Josh Turner.
