North Tyneside Magistrates' Court
A MAN accused of using threatening behaviour is due to appear in court.
Anthony Johnson (37), of Dean Street, Hexham, is accused of the offence at Newcastle on August 2.
The court heard how Johnson used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He will appear at North Tyneside Magistrates' Court on October 2 where he will enter a plea.
