A MAN has been ordered to pay £199 after possessing a knuckle duster and cannabis in public.
Adam Featherstone (30), of Maidens Walk, Hexham, was stopped on Northumberland Street, in Newcastle, on May 7 in possession of the weapon and drugs.
At North Tyneside Magistrates' Court on Friday he was fined £120 and ordered to pay £79 in costs and surcharge.
