North Tyneside Magistrates' Court
A MAN found guilty of stealing cigarettes and using threatening behaviour is due to appear in court.
North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court heard how Edward Robinson (25), of Grainger Street, Newcastle, stole 20 cigarettes to the value of £8.68 and used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence at Tesco, on Alemouth Road, Hexham, in September.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until September 29.
