A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been treated for facial injuries after an alleged road rage incident between a pedestrian and a driver.
Just after 7pm, on Saturday, August 15, police received a report of an alleged assault on Station Road, in Prudhoe.
It was reported that a male driver got out of his car near the roundabout and assaulted a male pedestrian.
The driver then returned to his car and left the scene, leaving the pedestrian to be treated by paramedics.
Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information that may help officers is asked to contact police quoting reference number 976 15/08/20
