A MAN is due to be sentenced for burglary after admitting stealing from a Hexham garage.
Callum Tumilty (25) of Woodlands Lodge, Dene Park pleaded guilty to one count of burglary relating to an incident on July 31, where he entered a secure storage at Gilesgate Gargae and stole a battery worth £50. He also pleaded guilty to a further charge of burglary relating to an incident on August 3, where he stole three alloy wheels worth £300 from the same business.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be carried out, and Tumilty was released on bail until August 14, when he will appear at North Tyneside Magistrates Court.
