A MAN is due to stand trial after allegedly failing to provide a specimen of breath to police after driving a vehicle.
John Lambert (55), of Langley Gardens, Haydon Bridge, pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Middle Engine Lane, Wallsend, on May 30.
Lambert was remanded on unconditional bail and will reappear at North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court on November 13 for the trial.
