A BURNT out vehicle was reported to police after reports of poaching throughout the district on Tuesday night.
Northumbria Police confirmed a Subaru Forester was stopped near Matfen after a report by a farmer on Tuesday.
Lamping equipment was seized under the Poaching Prevention Act.

A farmer also reported a burnt out vehicle near Dalton, Whitley Chapel.
Northumbria Police asks residents to report any suspected sightings and concerns to police via the Northumbria Police website.
