Parcelforce has announced the temporary suspension of one of its services for larger parcels.
Parcelforce Worldwide announced the suspension of express48 large service, which ceased operation yesterday.
The idea is to allow Parcelforce to manage its parcel volumes more effectively and to make sure its teams can operate more safely.
Customers can continue to use all other services using Parcelforce.
Customers can see the latest changes by visiting the Parcelforce website and searching for service updates.
The company has apologised to customers for any inconvenience the changes might have caused.
Express48 large allows customers to send parcels up to 2.5m long and 4m length and girth combined.
