POLICE were called to reports of fighting outside a Tynedale pub on Saturday.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said officers were called to the Halfway House pub, in Prudhoe, at around 6.30pm on Saturday night.
It was reported that two men had been fighting outside the premises.
Officers spoke to staff who confirmed those involved had already left the scene.
A spokesman added: “Police have since spoken to a man who suffered minor facial injuries as a result of the incident. Inquiries are ongoing.”
