A MAN has admitted possessing a knife in a public place.
Lewis Brown, of Broomhill Road, Prudhoe, received a six month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to the charge at North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
The court heard he had the kitchen knife on him while on his street on September 6.
Brown was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £21.
