Man to stand trial after not guilty plea
A MAN is due to stand trail after pleading not guilty to using threatening behaviour with intent to cause violence.
Andrew Watson (49), of Woodhead Road, Prudhoe, was remanded in custody after he was accused of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or unlawful violence last Thursday.
The charge relates to an incident at South Road in Prudhoe on Monday, May 4. Watson will appear at North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 7.
