A large forest fire has broken out near Haydon Bridge
SEVEN fire crews have been called to tackle a large forest fire north of Haydon Bridge.
Six appliances from Northumberland and one assissting from Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue service are at the scene.
Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service have advised the public to stay away from the area, and residents who live downwind should keep their windows and doors closed.
