A DOCUMENT that suggested a new care home was to be built in Prudhoe was inaccurate, it has been confirmed.
An environmental risk assessment published in relation to a proposed development by Northumberland Estates on the former allotments site south of Broomhouse Lane claimed the site was to be developed into a care home with car parking and landscaping. An application was submitted for 100 new homes in January. Northumberland Estates have now confirmed the document was mistaken.
