TYNEDALE is preparing to honour key workers on the frontline of the coronavirus outbreak with a second 'Clap for Carers' event planned for this evening.
Last week, the country paid tribute to NHS workers working with COVID-19 patients, with millions of people clapping from their windows and doorsteps.
Following the success of the first event, people have been encouraged to do the same once again at 8pm tonight and show their appreciation for all those working through the crisis.
