A PRUDHOE man will face trial after being accused of possessing a knife in a public place.
Callum Peacock (30) of Cheviot View pleaded not guilty to the charge at a hearing at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He was accused of possessing the kitchen knife on Thursday, March 26 on Front Street in Prudhoe. A trial is scheduled to take place at Newcastle Crown Court on April 24.
