A WOMAN has been fined for exceeding the speed limit while driving her large goods vehicle.
At South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday, Allison Petty (43), of Jackson Avenue, in Ponteland, pleaded guilty to breaking a 30mph speed limit.
The court heard Petty exceeded the 30mph on the A6918 at Woolsington on February 26 last year.
She was fined £60 and ordered to pay court costs of £60 and a victim surcharge of £32.
Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
