A MAN has been disqualified from driving after driving while three times over the legal alcohol limit.

Andrew Brown (50), of Rowan Grove, Prudhoe, appeared at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court last Thursday.

He pleaded guilty to driving with 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was disqualified for 26 months and ordered to pay a £750 fine, costs of £35 and a £75 victim surcharge.
