THE case of a man accused of causing a crash and not stopping has been relisted for next week.
Carlo Marsden (32), of Gateshead, was due to appear at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court last Thursday, accused of driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident, using vehicle with tyres with insufficient tread and for not using a seatbelt for a passenger under the age of 12 years relating to a car accident on the A68 at Allensford on May 23.
The case was adjourned until next Friday, February 21.
