A WOMAN dropped litter in Newcastle town centre and then refused to give her details to an enforcement officer.
At Newcastle Magistrates’ Court last Thursday, Maxine Ann Dodd (49), of The Link, Hexham, was fined £40 for admitting to dropping litter in Northumberland Street on December 10, and a further £80 for failing to provide her name and address when required. She was ordered to pay costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £32.
