Police arrested a man
POLICE confirmed a man who was arrested in Hexham on suspicion of 'sexual communication with a child', has been released on bail.
The 35-year-old was arrested the town on January 24 as part of the force's Operation Litchenfield, where officers target those wanted for outstanding offences.
A spokeswoman for Northumbria Police said inquiries into the alleged incident are ongoing.
