DOZENS of toys, games, and books collected by a Hexham business will be donated to children who may otherwise not have received any Christmas presents.
Aligned Chiropractic on Hencotes has been collecting donations of gifts for children for 10 years.
The presents are then passed on to the Salvation Army, which ensures they make it to children from disadvantaged families in time for Christmas.
Chiropractor, Belinda Ambrose said: “Our customers just expect it and they’re so generous.
“We started to support the Salvation Army because my professional association, the United Chiropractic Association, supported them.
“We did so well for it so we decided to carry it on.
“Every child deserves to be spoilt at Christmas. I don’t see us stopping this any time soon.”
