THE RSPCA has launched an appeal to fund surgery for loveable Boxer dog Benji.
When he was a puppy, 18-month-old Benji suffered a broken leg but it was not treated, leaving him with a badly deformed leg. When he was taken into the RSPCA’s care in October, he was underweight and needed surgery, which will cost around £2,500.
The charity was hoping the generosity of dog lovers would help cover the cost of the surgery.
