A MULTI award-winning estate agents has undergone a business restructure in preparation for its ambitious growth plans.

The restructure at Red Hot Property, in Hexham, includes a merger with North-East based Castledene Group, headed by directors John Paul and Matt Holbrook.

Red Hot Property proprietor, Gareth Jones, said “We are proud to have established a market leading firm with proven credentials, huge client focus and strong brand recognition.

“Our continued growth and industry recognition for our achievements has naturally drawn interest from other firms and, following lengthy discussions, we have agreed to join forces the highly regarded Castledene Group.”

The Castledene Group has itself won numerous awards and has 10 offices and a rental management portfolio of more than 2,000 properties.

Group chairman John Paul is also on the board of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

The newly-established Red Hot Property Group Ltd will be directed by John Paul and Matt Holbrook.

Red Hot Property owner Gareth Jones will continue his involvement with the firm in a consultancy role and the existing staff and offices will remain in place.

Mr Paul said: “The synergies between Red Hot Property and the Castledene Group were obvious to us from the start.

“We have a very strong rental background and Red Hot Property is a proven expert in sales.

“By combining these strengths, we have enabled a very robust platform for future growth and we have enhanced the service we can extend to our valued clients.”

Mr Jones added: “I am very proud of what we have achieved for our valued clients and look forward to the benefits we can provide through increased financial, professional and technical support.

“This will only strengthen all aspects of the Red Hot approach.”
