THE A69 westbound was closed after a crash involving a car and a lorry at Two Mile Cottages.
The crash happened on Thursday, November 28.
Nobody was injured, and the road reopened a short time later.
A spokeswoman for Northumbria Police said: "Shortly before 3pm, today, police received a report of a two vehicle collision on the A69 near Hexham.
"It involved a red Seat and a lorry. No injuries were reported.
"The road was blocked going westbound but has since reopened."
