A TEENAGE driver has been fined after driving carelessly on the Military Road.
Charles Elliott (18), of Loweswood Close, Jesmond Dene, was ordered to pay a fine of £300 and banned from driving for six months after appearing at North Tyneside Magistrates' Court on Thursday where he pleaded guilty to a charge of careless driving.
The court heard Elliott caused the collision near Rudchester on April 22.
