A MOTORIST will stand trial next month accused of causing serious injury be dangerous driving.
Colin Gradwell (47), of Orchard Avenue, Acomb, appeared at South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court last Thursday to answer the charge.
It is alleged Gradwell caused serious injury through driving dangerously on the A69 at Bridge End, in Hexham, on November 30 last year.
His case was sent to Newcastle Crown Court on December 19.
