Police were called to an address in Hexham
A MAN has died in hospital after being found by emergency services in a critical condition at a house in Hexham.
Police responded to reports of concern for a man at an address on Rye Terrace on Saturday night.
He was taken to hospital, but died in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A spokeswoman for Northumbria Police said: "At about 10.10pm on Saturday, November 23, police received a report of concern for a male in an address on Rye Terrace in Hexham.
"Emergency services attended and a man was taken to hospital in critical condition. Sadly the man died in the early hours of Sunday morning.
"There is not believed to be any third party involvement and a report has been prepared for the coroner."
