A MAN will go on trial at crown court after pleading not guilty to a charge of theft.
Jack Clark (22) of Scales Crescent, Prudhoe, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. He faced one charge of ‘heft in dwelling other than an automatic machine or meter.
It is alleged that Clark stole £6,500 from an address in Bedlington.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge, and will appear at Newcastle Crown Court on December 2 for trial.
