AFTER just missing out on guiding England to Rugby World Cup glory on Saturday, head coach Eddie Jones will talk to North-East rugby fans later this month.

In an event hosted by Corbridge-based Forum Books, Eddie Jones will talk about his autobiography My Life and Rugby at Kingston Park, the home of Newcastle Falcons, on Sunday, November 17.

Jones is one of the most experienced and decorated coaches in world rugby history, but was unable to guide England to world cup glory at the weekend as they lost 32-12 to South Africa in the Rugby World Cup final in Japan.

Jones' book tells his story for the first time, including losing to England to an 100th minute drop goal from Jonny Wilkinson while in charge of Australia in 2013 as England celebrated World Cup glory.

The talk at Kingston Park will start at 5.30pm, and tickets can be purchased at www.ticketsource.co.uk/whats-on/newcastle-upon-tyne/newcastle-falcons/forum-books-presents-eddie-jones/2019-11-17/18:00/t-opyxpy.
