POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman died following a crash on the Military Road.
A 74-year-old woman, who was driving a white Kia Picanto, died from her injuries following the crash near to Stagshaw Roundabout, where her car collided with a tractor and trailer.
The collision happened at 2pm on September 3, but police have only now issued an appeal for information.
The woman was initially taken to hospital with serious injuries but later died. Her family is being supported by specially trained officers.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward and are especially interested in hearing from anybody who has dash cam footage. Police said the car had been travelling west on the road, while the tractor had been travelling east.
