A MAN has pleaded guilty to harassing a woman by sending her abusive messages.
Mark Bell (34) of St Matthews Road, Hexham appeared at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He pleaded guilty to harassing a woman between August 31 and September 7 this year.
The charge related to Bell sending 44 abusive and threatening messages and making three phone calls.
He was remanded on bail and is due to appear at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court on September 26 for sentencing.
