Producers of the ITV show Britain’s Got Talent are heading to Carlisle in the hopes of finding the next Matt Pagan, Susan Boyle or Diversity at one of their open auditions.

The Britain’s Got Talent team are hosting the audition in The Market Hall, Carlisle in November with acts of all varieties, ages and experiences encouraged to attend - under-18s will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The auditions will take place on November 3 in The Market Hall between 10.30am and 4pm.

Cumbria has a history of producing acts which have done well on the hit ITV series.

Matt Pagan from Carlisle won the series in 2014 with musical theatre group Collabro, while Wigton’s Emma Jones made the semi-final in the following year.
