A MAN accused of the burglary of a village shop is due to stand trial next year.
Gary Hosie (36), of Merton Road, Newcastle, will return to Newcastle Crown Court on February 11 after denying a charge of burgling Wylam Co-op on April 23.
He appeared at the crown court on Monday for a pre-trial hearing after pleading not guilty to the charge at an earlier hearing at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court in Bedlington.
